LCJ Jewelry started on a whim about eight years ago after I couldn’t find a pair of earrings to match my clothing for an upcoming concert my husband and I were to attend. After visiting several stores and boutiques, I was unable to find an exact style and color that caught my eye. Frustrated but undeterred, I visited a local bead store and found I could create exactly what I wanted for myself. The night prior to the concert I made five different styles. My husband, and my biggest supporter, was so amazed that I was able to come up with a variety of styles so quickly, he encouraged me to create a few more pieces. Once I started receiving compliments on my earliest work and with requests from family and friends for custom orders, LCJ Jewelry morphed into the business we are today. With encouragement from a family member, I started showing at local craft shows, where we have since sold our products to others.
